How to make Almond MYLK:
Soak 1 cup raw almonds in filtered water overnight (12 hours). In the morning drain the water. Blend almonds with 3 cups of filtered water. If desired, add 1 pitted date or your favourite sweetener (try maple syrup, coconut nectar or rice malt syrup), dash of vanilla extract. Strain through nut mylk bag. Then pour into a 1 litre bottle and store in fridge for 5 days.
