This ADRENAL elixir is combining liquid herbs of Withania, Siberian Ginseng & Rehmannia these herbs are a 1:1 extract, so for each 1ml of liquid, you get equivalent of 1gm dry herb. The dose of this adrenal tonic is 3mls (in a little water) x 2, taken mid-morning & mid-afternoon (30 day supply).
