RECIPE, SuperFood Latte
This SuperFood blend is delicious on those cold winter mornings, its warming, stimulating, has anti-inflammatory actions and is far better for you than reaching for a cup of coffee:
Coffee is pro-inflammatory, this blend is anti-inflammatory.
Coffee is adrenal depleting, this blend is adrenal building.
Coffee stimulates the nervous system, this blend calms it.

- 1 Tlbs X Lucuma Powder
- 1 Tlbs X Mesquite Powder
- 1 tsp X Maca Powder
- 1/2 tsp X Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp X Ginger Powder
- 1 Tlbs X Coconut Sugar
- 1/4 tsp X Organic Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 X Pinch of Himalayan Salt
- 1 Tlbs X Coconut oil
- 1/2 Cup Coconut or Almond Milk
Blend ALL the ingredients in blender for 10seconds, on medium speed.
- 300mls X Boiling water
Blend for a further 20 seconds on high
