All 3 consultations are a comprehensive and holistic assessment of present health concerns. An overview of any recent pathology or functional tests. A complete analysis of your symptoms, past history, diet, and lifestyle, so I can asses the underlying 'ROOT cause and get you started on your wellness journey. Devising a treatment plan consisting of individualised and achievable goals specific to your health priorities. As a naturopathic healthcare professional, with a focus on holistic management, I may include holistic counselling, coaching, mind-body connection tools, herbalism, functional nutrition, supplementation, traditional medicine, and lifestyle advice to offer you as my client, the best healthcare possible.
